Walkstrong is a faith-based discipleship platform designed to support individuals seeking recovery from pornography and sexual addiction. Our services include:

• Structured discipleship courses
• Personal mentor feedback
• Anonymous team communities
• Daily audio Bible content
• Prayer request submission and sharing

3. Eligibility

To use Walkstrong, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not have been previously banned from the Platform

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must register for an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Pseudonyms

Upon registration, you will be assigned a unique pseudonym. This pseudonym is how you will be identified to other users. You may not attempt to reveal other users' real identities or share your own real identity in community spaces.

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, you agree NOT to:

• Share explicit, pornographic, or triggering content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to discover or reveal other users' identities
• Share content that promotes self-harm or violence
• Spam or post commercial advertisements
• Share false information or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our discretion.

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (submissions, forum posts, prayer requests). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and share it within the Platform as necessary to provide our services.

6.2 Our Content

Course materials, audio content, and other Platform content are owned by Walkstrong or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Mentorship Disclaimer

Our mentors provide spiritual guidance and encouragement but are NOT licensed therapists or medical professionals. The Platform is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

We do not guarantee specific recovery outcomes. Individual results vary based on many factors including personal commitment, support systems, and other circumstances.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walkstrong and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Walkstrong is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
